Types of Eczema

There are two types of eczema: dry and wet eczema.

Dry Eczema

In this, the skin becomes completely dry. When there is itching, no water comes out of it. On starting in dry eczema, there are red-colored spots, and then it starts burning. And the more you itch, the more it will spread. And your skin will turn black and start bleeding.

Wet Eczema

On the whole day, water comes out of the allergies in wet eczema, and smells also start coming out of it. In wet eczema, you get disturbed mentally.

How to control atopic dermatitis (treatment)?

  • Some foods that we can control by eating this disease.
  • Fish (it has salmon and tuna in it which can prevent from this disease)
  • We should eat anti – oxidants rich food product (like barriers, cherries, spinach)
  • We should eat prebiotic and probiotic products. These products increase bacteria level in body. (like idaly,dosa,dhokla and curd)

If seen, proper treatment is not possible because it is an allergy that can come back even after being corrected then apply only home remedies as much as possible.

  • Wear cotton clothes as much as possible.
  • Avoiding soap and other irritants

Moisturize your skin at least 2 times throughout the day so that your skin does not dry out.

Use only gentle soaps, perfume soaps, antiseptic soaps.
